Abstract
A mobile terminal (MT) device detection technique is proposed to enhance UWB/WiMAX interoperability by measuring the low level leakage signal from a WiMAX MT local oscillator (LO). The probabilities of false alarm and missed detection are derived in order to determine the limits of detector sensitivity
