Abstract
Time-interleaved ADC system is an effective way to implement a high-sampling-rate ADC with relatively slow circuits in DSO(digital storage oscilloscopes). However, the mismatch such as offset, gain and time mismatches among channel ADCs, cause distortion in sampling signal. In this paper, we present a method for estimation and compensation of offset and gain errors, and use a formula to reconstruct the sampling signal. Numerical simulations are used to validate the proposed compensation and reconstruction algorithm. The major advantage of this technique is that all the calibration and reconstruction processes are carried out in a simple way which will not cost too much time to remove the errors, and it can greatly improve the SFDR and SNR of ADCs.
