  • Abstract
    The authors report a tunable bandpass optical filter fabricated with multiple-phase-shifted Bragg resonator based on InGaAs-InP coupled asymmetric quantum wells. The device is very suitable for application in high-speed WDM systems and it is easy to be fabricated
