Abstract :
In this paper, the use of Flexsim simulation on a case of supply chain, addressing the different requirements of companies, the appropriate suppliers are selected, improving supply chain performance and reflecting the superiority of Flexsim simulation method. Further, by analyzing the simulation datum of various objects in the supply chain can identify bottlenecks in the supply chain service system. Then, by adjusting the relevant aspects of the supply chain configuration, re-use Flexsim simulation to assess the operational effectiveness of new programs accordingly in determining the reasonableness of the new program provides a theoretical basis. Simulation results show that, Flexsim simulation for supply chain management provides an effective decision support methods, help improve the overall performance of the supply chain.
