Abstract
In the age of information, novel demands and challenges occurs in the management of adult education. Taking management model of adult education as a complex and holistic system, from the point of view of all participants in the system (including administrators, teachers, students, etc.), this paper studied on the innovation of education philosophy, training objectives, teaching model and student management through information technology in management model of adult education and proposed solutions to make it more in line with the educational needs in the information age.
