Abstract :
Based on the generalization of the characteristics of integrated supply chain system of logistics enterprises, this paper puts forward the requests for logistics enterprises on the integrated supply chain system. Then, it makes an analysis on the processes and operation pattern of the integrated supply chain system, and puts the emphasis to discuss on the functional objective system and the motive mechanism design on the integrated supply chain system.
