Abstract :
APS is short for Advanced Planning and Scheduling. It is a planning method which is supply-chain-oriented, based on Theory of Constraints (TOC) and memory-resident calculation. APS is applied for either optimal planning or supply-chain structure. This paper aims to construct the supply-chain synergistic system based on APS and explicate the integration of manufacturing management module and APS. According to its own characteristics, the supply-chain APS module based on Multi-Agent is built with Agent introduced and multi-agent organized in order to achieve such synergistic operation goals of the supply chain as reducing the operative cost in the supply chain, promoting the income level and obtaining good customers satisfaction degree.
