Abstract :
When an automobile works on rapid steering condition, it tends to occur side slip and side tumbling under centrifugal force, the threshold condition at the different steering speed, steering radius, and the different road conditions are derived based on the rapid steering automobile´s stress analyzes. In this paper, the maximum allowable speed of automobile rapid steering without occurring side slip and side tumbling is present. It provides a theory foundation for studying safety and the automobile rapid steering control.
