Abstract :
The design problem of robust guaranteed cost PI controller for uncertain linear systems with norm-bounded uncertainties is considered, together with a given quadratic performance index. A sufficient condition is presented for the existence of guaranteed cost PI control laws, and the PI controller parameters can be determined in terms of the feasible solutions to linear matrix inequalities. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the proposed results.
