Abstract :
Results of investigation of the multiple-quantum well vertical-cavity laser structure including non-uniformity of laser, diffusion processes, dynamical and thermal effects and transparent cavity modes are presented. Obtained results allow optimising lasing properties by changing geometrical parameters
