Research on the establishment and application of electronic health record for residents in Zhenjiang City

This study selects Zhenjiang city as a sample area and examines the establishment and application status of the electronic health record for residents through the field survey to part of community health care centers and community residents. The existing problems are analyzed and as countermeasures, promoting community resident awareness of electronic health record by reinforcing propaganda, developing high-quality community general practitioners and increasing government financial investment are given out.
