Abstract :
The methods of holographic interference microscopy allow one to examine native microobjects in real time, reconstruct three-dimensional images of phase micro-objects, and observe dynamics of their change under influence of various exterior and interior factors. The relative siInplicity and availability of holographic interference methods makes the holographic interference microscope an effective device for various medical examinations. The experimental results on study of blood erythrocytes with the help of a holographic interference microscope are given. The shapes of erythrocytes reflect and affect the physiological state of a human organism. The reconstruction of shapes of blood cells and their change due to various diseases is not only of scientific interest, but also can be a method of effective diagnostics complementing well-known methods of clinical examinations
