Abstract :
One of the main difficulties in interpreting of lidar probing results of local space volumes is the presence of the receiving signal parameter fluctuations. These fluctuations are caused by different factors and first of all by the influence of atmosphere turbulence on laser radiation when it is spread over the localized route length. Such influence is known to become apparent in amplitude-phase distortion of optical beam, in reducing coherence and its accidental wandering in space, it results in a considerable quality deterioration of the analyzing information and in decreasing accurate characteristics of the measurement system. Especially this influence is observed with short intervals of detecting reradiated signals and while realizing multiangle sounding ratings, which are typical for the conditions of operative data receiving about the atmosphere characteristics on large space scales
