Abstract
The major contributions of this paper includes two aspects: (1) a novel expression for the handoff rate to the proposed hybrid channel allocation algorithm in a wireless and mobile networks [9] is theoretically derived, and (2) an efficient iterative algorithm to calculate this handoff rate is proposed. Furthermore, our numerical analysis validates the algorithm and the corresponding theoretic expression.
