Abstract :
In Chinese ancient herbal book records a lot anti-aging health herbals that can prolong life, this paper take the nature, flavors, meridian distribution and effect of them as the classification indicator, and use the self organizing feature map neural network (SOFM) to quantify multidimensional information of basic properties of anti-aging herbal and map to the corresponding topological network structure. Clustering based on the overall characteristics of herbals, and it is the first trying of using the Euler distance to metric effect similarity between herbals. The model not only can accurately judge the herbal classification, but also be a new method for discovery of potential anti-aging herbals that have not been recognized in traditional Chinese medicine.
