Abstract :
Recently more and more big projects are contracting by EPC (Engineer-Procure-Construct) model comparing with tradition all contract models. The general contractors face more risk considering particular risk of EPC, especially in the economic crisis environment. A method of fuzzy comprehensive appraisal has been used to appraise its risk comprehensively in order to provide more scientific and rational inform action for decision maker. A risk evaluation model has been established and the risk outcome of EPC project has been obtained. So it can provide more scientific and rational inform action for decision maker.
