Abstract :
We present a new approach to perform accurate 3D electromagnetic simulation of RF system-in-package (SiP) based on the “Finite Difference in Time Domain (FDTD)” method. Excellent agreement between simulation and measurement results are demonstrated based on a RF BAW (Bulk Acoustic Wave) module.
