  • Abstract
    In this paper we present an enhanced version of VLCC, a graphical system for the automatic generation of visual programming environments. The enhancement has been obtained by introducing a new syntactic model based on the concepts of hybrid and hierarchical visual languages. The resulting system is able to support the development of complex real world visual languages which occur in the field of software engineering
