Abstract :
Broad band infrared detection technology is a kind of nondestructive, real-time and non-polluted analysis technique, using which, the content of the determinand obtained by analyzing the attenuation of a broad band infrared. Measurement principle and system of broad band infrared detection technology was presented. A dynamic calibration method was proposed to eliminate the influence of measuring result caused by nonparallel guide rails on the scanning frame. Influence of detector received power caused by the vertical distance and the eccentric distance of etector receiving surface and light was analysed. An on-line measurement system was calibrated dynamically with this method. The standard deviation of received power by the detector in the whole range of the scanning frame decreased from 0.8351 to 0.1335, after the system has been calibrated. The experimental results indicate that calibration on-line measurement system can be well calibrated with this method, so it is valuable for application in engineering.
