Abstract :
Urban traffic reliability is an important factor to the maximum assembling passengers, based on the existing calculating method of maximum assembling passenger, a method was put forward to calculate the influence in quantitatively, the waiting time distribution renewedly was obtained through passenger waiting time subtract the buffer time, based on the new distribution and made empirical analysis through the computation the maximum assembling passengers was calculated. The computation result of numerical example can offer a scientific guidance to the planning and management of the railway department.
