Abstract :
This paper was in view of the problem of the power frequency composition´s accurately judging and monitoring turbines´ fault signals, analyzed envelope analysis method´s effectiveness and advantages to cope with the signals based on Hilbert transformations, and proposed the analysis steps and the principles. Also the operation conditions of the turbines in a power plant were introduced and according to the bearing vibration data and envelope analysis method, vibration parameters met the requirement of safe operation after twice dynamic balance adjustment. This method provides the theoretical basis for preventing and monitoring turbine´s faults.
