  • Abstract
    In the past, the research on PWM pneumatic linearized system mainly focused on control method and electro-magnet switch features, there are little reports on the structural parameter design of pneumatic valve and the mathematical model of pneumatic part. This article took the PWM servo system of the double-acting cylinder as example, discussed the linear analysis method of PWM pneumatic system, given the initial pressure, flow gain and the formula of the press-flow coefficient in the different state of the pneumatic valve. Overthrown the linearized transfer function of the system. Analyzed the differences between the air operated PWM linearized system and the tradition pneumatic servo system.
