Abstract :
Vehicle Infrastructure Integration (VII), combining traffic participant, vehicle, and relative environment elements as an organism through vehicle-to-vehicle, vehicle-to-infrastructure wireless communication technology, can deeply improve traffic safety and mobility, so it is the overwhelming trend in the future. In this paper, we first analyzed the opportunity of urban traffic control in VII, then key points about the relative theory and technology needing promptly solved were also brought forward. Based on all above, we established an experiment platform of traffic control in VII, and furthermore, thought of relative traffic control strategy and its simulation evaluation in VII were also given. Conclusions in this paper will extend the urban traffic control area, and will deeply affect the integration of traffic control & management, and development of next generation intelligent traffic management and control system, all which have far-reaching effect on self-development of the Chinese high technology in urban traffic.
