Abstract
Comparator offset often limits the maximum resolution of analog-to-digital converters. In this work, we demonstrate a novel offset cancellation technique that consumes less power and area than other cancellation schemes and is well-suited for PD-SOI implementation. Results are verified through Spectre™ simulations in an IBM 130nm PD-SOI process.
