Abstract
In virtual environment, a leader as a special individual has important influence on ordinary individuals. Currently, researches on leadership mainly exist in the field of social psychology. There are few leadership models Leadership model which is are satisfied with social simulation is few. The paper begins with the introduction of researches on leadership in social science. Then, a social influence model of leadership based on personal image, traits and messages of a leader is presented. At last, four experiments are performed. Results of the experiments show that a favorable image of a leader, the distance between between a leader and and an individual, messages delivered by a leader are three important factors enhancing social influence of a leader.
