Abstract :
Model predictive control algorithm needs a lot of online receding optimization computation, which limits its application in fast controlled object. This paper proposes the algorithm of predictive functional control (PFC), which can fast reach the set point to achieve the control of the forward DC-DC converter in fuel cells through its characteristic of one-step prediction method. Finally, by using the implementation of the predictive functional control on General Purpose Inverter Controller (GPIC) to control the DC-DC circuit, the experimental results show that the DC-DC converter output voltage can track the design voltage quickly, has a good response of step change and load variation.
