Computer based education and evaluation in the field of electronic components

The explosive development of information technology opens new perspectives in electronic packaging education and evaluation, eliminating the routine from the teacher´s job and helping him to focus on the principles. As part of the continuous activity of improving the education level, the authors´ team had successfully developed, tested and used a flexible software platform for training and evaluation in the field of electronic components.
