Abstract
A self-administered audit has been developed to assess new product introduction in a company by the outcome of the process and, using a staff survey, by the likely behavior of future project teams. The audit provides both initial and continuing assessment. The paper concludes with brief results from case studies in medium-sized high-tech companies
