Summary form only as given. The generalizable features of the best agile practices from a host of industries are presented. Examples from companies that were using precepts of agility to facilitate collaboration are highlighted along with the results of data collected from over 15 in-depth company studies of the people-side of agility. This research in this area is based upon a research project sponsored by the Agility Forum in Bethlehem, PA, USA
