Abstract :
Restoration of the trapezoidal shape current pulse received via antenna transformer in inductive-coupling link is investigated. It is shown that the transformer output signal may be considered as a superposition of slow and fast components. The equivalent circuits for calculation of each component are given. The Lee load amplifier-comparator allows one to find an optimal suppression of the fast component. This simplifies the design of the comparator output stages. The output latch of the receiver includes confirmation circuits that allow one to reduce the output pulse jitter. The receiver is designed for realization in 90 nm CMOS technology.
