Abstract
Based on high requirements about temperature, PH, level and other factors in methane fermentation of food waste and no complete set of parameters applying to all methane fermentation monitoring system the author designed the automatic control system combined with SIEMENS S7-300PLC and ForceControl V7.0 configuration software. The system can achieve automatic control by the lower machine and achieve online setting, modifying and recording parameters, alarming and monitoring by the PC. The system meets the requirements for controlling the temperature, PH and level of the fermentation process. Gas production rate has been improved and labor intensity has been reduced by this system.
