Abstract :
The CNC servo system should keep stabilization, have strong robustness and achieve satisfied tracking accuracy all the time when machining, even if machine tool parameters vary or machine tool comes under disturbances. The influence of noise disturbances to system tracking accuracy is analyzed in detail in the paper. Furthermore, the noise disturbances on the electric interface of servo system driver elements, such as excursion and seasonal electric disturbances, are observed, and the observe compensation rate is added to the output of position controller. The simulations against typical noise disturbance signal show that the developed observer and compensator approach can reduce tracking error and enhance the restrain disturbance capability.
