  • Abstract
    High precision time-interval measurement plays a great role in fragment velocity measuring. Pulse counting method for time-interval measurement will lead to considerable error, the accuracy is generally 0.1us. Quantization delay method can have a very high precision, but there is a limit in the measuring a large time-interval. Use TDC-GP2 chip, combine these two methods, effectively raising the interval measurement precision of pulse counting method, but also to avoid the restrictions of large time interval measurement from quantify delay method. The time interval measurement range can reach 4ms, measured accuracy 77ps.
