Abstract
Various building blocks for analog computation based on a MOS voltage controlled resistor and current mode divider are presented in this paper. They include negative differential resistance, negative grounded inductor, high pass and band pass filter implementation, voltage divider and current mode multiplier. The circuits have been simulated for 0.5 mum N-well CMOS technology in PSPICE. The simulations are seen to conform to the theoretical analysis.
