Abstract :
This research is based on measuring the effectiveness of palm trees production for 28 land schemes in Jengka province under FELDA management in Malaysia for year 2008. The data used for this research is the secondary data and obtained from FELDA Technoplant itself. The method used for this research is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Lingo Software Version 8.0 to obtain the score efficiency of each land scheme. The conclusion of the research is that Jengka 6 and Jengka 7 have obtained 100% of efficiency. For other land schemes were discovered as inefficient, the improvement will be implemented using CCR projection to meet the target for source usage and the land schemes can apply them as their new policy.
