Abstract :
The classical E-Learning has not acquired the expected success in developing countries among which Algeria, where people still prefer the orality, then the natural learning, by lack of means or of aim. The V-Learning, that we will introduce in this paper like the outlook of the E-Learning, is a new concept of distributed interactive learning, based on the principle of the Online Video Learning via Internet and/or by Satellite. As a networking application, relevant, direct and natural, the V-Learning is like a normal learning with just two limitations: 1- students can not shake hands to their teacher, 2- nor sniff his perfume (or his smell). But, is this really essential for the knowledge transfer? The goal of this paper is to present the designing, the functioning and the perspectives of this very economic concept for an education of mass and a mutualisation of teachers, which is very useful for those countries.
