Abstract
In this paper we introduce the original IQAM system (intelligent quantitative analyzer for business management) that we have designed. It can help the managers make the right decisions by examining various business and financial factors involved through a unique process, which is based on the fuzzy reasoning and probabilistic inference. It´s one of the first system tools that can be used to analyze the impacts of a business decision. Moreover, it can analyze the business needs of the company and evaluate the risks involved as well. The IQAM can be used independently or integrated with some other systems such as the company-wide management information system (MIS), the executive information system (EIS), and the enterprise resource planning system (ERP).
