Abstract
Based on the definition and index system of the ship-to-air missile weapon system command effectiveness, it assessed the weapon system command effectiveness through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Thereinto, it assessed the evaluation index weight through modified AHP, and implemented fuzzy comprehensive judgement through the weighted average fuzzy operator. The example exemplified the operability of the proposed methodology.
