Abstract :
Based on the requirement analysis of this system, and after analysis and selection on various GIS platforms, the relative development techniques and the different storage modes for spatial data, a system architecture solution, based on MapInfo technology, is proposed, and it is a combination of C/S and B/S application structure. Some key techniques in the system developing are discussed at full length, and the key issues on computing the network parameters of road network are also stated in the end of the paper.
