The application of spiral model in enterprise risk management

The systematic risk management is of great importance in increasing enterprises´ interests. With rapid development of economy and informatization and the expansion of enterprise, enterprises are faced with more and more risks. Therefore, it is vital and urgent for enterprises to establish risk management system. The paper analyzes the process of enterprise risk management based on the theory and methods of spiral model, and proposes that the Spiral Model can improve risk management level in enterprises and create economic benefits.
