Abstract :
Computer systems are increasingly being used to support decision making in complex situations. In such situations, a key issue is ensuring that the right information is presented to the appropriate person(s) in the right format at the right time. This involves knowing what information is required and when, good interface design, intelligent software support and appropriate group working support. This paper concentrates upon the last three of these requirements
