Abstract
Analysis of BHCA/BHSA, split of radio bearer among the services and user activity is analyzed in the case of big events with large number of users. Cost function has been proposed in order to estimate influence on the system feasibility and complexity regarding to the mentioned parameters. Large number of users cause high costs in the case of incorrectly estimated needed capacity, leading to the unacceptable service blocking percent or deploying expensive systems with overestimated capacity.
