  • Abstract
    In view of the current damage roads and bridges caused by overloaded vehicles, through analyzing the factors affecting the weight of vehicles in process of weighing, the vehicle dynamic weighing protect system has been designed. Based on DSP controller, MODEM communication interface, the ADS1255 high-precision sampling, use of linear regression method to establish a compensation rate of compensation factor model. The use of average filtering and median filtering with data processing, fast non-linear sampled-data software amendments, achieved a data acquisition display, store check printing and communication transmission functions. The results show that this system that we have studied can be effectively used for dynamic load identification and road administration for vehicles with steel leaf spring suspension, but is it nice adaptation convenient, man-machine conversation and improvement in estimation of weight of moving vehicles.
