Abstract
Summary form only given. Fractional calculations have been used for the description of anomalous diffusion. .It is presented nonlocal geometry (i.e., fractal or porous media) , non-local transport model or transport of fractal distribution of charged particles(i.e., non- Fickian transport), Levy statistic (non-Gaussian distribution Function). In the present work, in addition to the issues mentioned above, we suggest the use of fractional equations to drive nonlocal transport coefficients. This problem has already been solved by nonlocal hydrodynamic equations based on the ordinary Fokker-Planck equation. Furthermore, this study intends to use directly the fractional Fokker-Planck equation for driving the non-local transport coefficients.
