Abstract :
The key quality of the real estate project operation environment is decided whether to realize the sustainable development. This paper takes that establishes the system model on project operation environment as a foundation; takes the non-linear dynamics theory as the tool, deeply researches the feedback mechanism between real estate project operation system and economic system, discuss of the coordination evolution between real estate environment and economic development. Using the Copula theory, advanced algorithm of machine learning and the Markov chain model gives the concrete method which the control system evolves.
