  • Abstract
    To those managers of Eco-Industrial Parks (EIPs), it is always puzzled that the problem of proper distribute the supply of water resource, many kinds of methods are being searched. In this paper, we take each enterprise of EIPs as a node of artificial neural network(ANN), the supply weight of water resource distribution and the transform factors from subject of enterprise to the final target of EIPs as a connect weight of ANN. As a series of iterative learning process, it will be built up that a water resource distribute mode which is most profit to whole EIPs, by an improved ANN algorithm we can get our object in comparative efficient way, at end of the article, an example is computed by designed program and some analysis are given out for the result.
