Abstract
An online rectifier analyzer (OLRA) is described that provides more accurate measurements of current-carrying capacity of diodes in large multiphase rectifiers than other methods. The OLRA is highly reliable and automatically records measurements made. The OLRA is compared with other methods of rectifier semiconductor measurements, and some examples of use experiences with the OLRA are presented
