Abstract
Sohonet is an ATM network for the media community, designed from the bottom up to transport the highest quality video and audio content, along with general business and communications data including Internet and intranet traffic. Sohonet runs over a 155 Mbit/s optical fibre ATM switched virtual connection network, and provides both raw ATM and managed TCP/P connectivity
