Abstract :
The author describes the results of a study into LV switchgear maintenance in which it soon became obvious that in order to provide equipment in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act and to comply with the current British Standard for Low Voltage Switchboards (BSEN 60439-1:1994), the only solution was to provide a complete replacement ACE cubicle. To meet these requirements, a comprehensive range of cubicles with various ratings and widths were designed and ASTA Certified to BSEN 60439-1:1994
