Abstract :
This paper brings forward a project that to realize long-distance control of water level information by the water level automatic measurement and transmission system based on ADAM551O and GSM network. Construction and work principle are shown in the paper, and concrete method of realizing the telecommunication by GSM is discussed in detail. At present, this technology has been applied to the penstock level supervision and measurement system, and the automatic collection, storage, telecommunication and real time demand of penstock level information have been realized successfully. The valve can also be controlled automatically according to the water information.
